In November 2023, Denver TS/TOS members participated in an impromptu project to make sure their neighbors in northern Colorado would have plenty to eat for Thanksgiving.  Responding to the call of Serve 6.8, a nonprofit service organization networked with 50+ churches, Denver members donated $200 to the annual Thanksgiving “Adopt-a-Family” program.  Requests for assistance were greatly increased this year, and Denver TS Secretary Lisa Luong said that donating to the Adopt-a-Family program was a “great opportunity to help others for Thanksgiving!”
