This site uses a database "engine" called Drupal. Recently, Drupal needed to be upgraded to maintain website security. This upgrade also made it necessary to change the appearance ("theme") of the site, since the old theme is not available for the upgraded version of the Drupal engine.

I hope the new colors and appearance are satisfactory. Please post your feedback and suggestions as comments to this article.

In addition to the change in appearance, some of you may have experienced difficulty in logging in to the site soon after the change. I believe that this problem has been corrected. If anyone still has difficulty logging in, please do one of the following:

• Delete from your web browser the "cookies" associated with theoservice.org and www.theoservice.org.
  OR
• Under the user login area on the website, click the "Request new password" link to reset your password.
